		<description>Just a thing I do not understand concerning the location of herod&#039;s palace in relation to the Antonia: Flavius places the Antonia to the north-west corner of the temple area. Also he mentiones, that, when the Antonia was set afire, the flames spilled over to the king&#039;s palace. As far as I know, the distance between those places is about 700 m. Josephus does not mention any further damage to buildings inbetween. Since the location of the Antonia seems to be undoubted, do we have to re-locate Herod&#039;s palace somwhere closer?</description>
